QUALITY, PRICE, SELECTION
Shipping info
1) UPS packages shall be billed actual cost.
2) LTL (Less Than Truckload) pallets shall include actual freight costs plus handling.
3) Deliveries made by CLLS will be billed $40.00 per stop to Milwaukee, Washington,
Ozaukee and Waukesha Counties.
4) Further deliveries made outside our local range will be billed actual cost based on time and milage.
Payment Terms
1) Standard credit terms are net due 30 days. Past due finance charges of 1.5% per month will apply.
2) Balances over 60 days past due will prompt C.O.D. only until past due amounts are paid.
3) Balances remaining past due over 90 days will be considered for collection procedures.
Product Return Policy
1) Advance notice of any product return is appreciated.
Products for return will not be accepted without authorization.
2) CLLS will authorize returns for products that are undamaged, clean, resalable and purchased not
more than 2 months prior.
3) A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns except for mis-shipped or warranty claim items.
